General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Suisse Notes platform, operated by Suisse IT GmbH, Kesslernmattstrasse 20, 8965 Berikon, and Suisse AI Group GmbH, Kirchstrasse 3, 8304 Wallisellen.

By registering for and using Suisse Notes, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Service Description

Suisse Notes offers the following services:

AI-powered meeting transcription and recording
Automatic meeting bot integration for Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
AI-generated summaries, task lists, and documents
Meeting Intelligence and analytics
Export and sharing functionalities

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use Suisse Notes. You are obligated to provide truthful information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

Current prices are available on our pricing page. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclusive of VAT.

Payments are due monthly or annually in advance. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access.

5. Terms of Use

You agree not to use Suisse Notes for the following purposes:

Violation of applicable laws or regulations
Recording conversations without the consent of all parties
Distribution of illegal or harmful content
Circumvention of technical safeguards

6. Liability

Suisse Notes is provided "as is". We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Our liability is limited to intentional misconduct and gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. With monthly billing, the subscription ends at the end of the current month.

After cancellation, your data will be completely deleted within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

8. Final Provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berikon, Aargau, Switzerland.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
